What is a CVN number?
CVN stands for Card Verification Number (sometimes called CID - card identification number or CVC - card verification code), and it is one of the ways that merchants and card issuers are working together to increase credit card security. The number is a 3 or 4 digit code that is added to your card on either the back, above the signature strip, or the front, above the embossed number. It never appears on receipts or imprints of your card. For your protection, we do not store CVN numbers in your records, even if we store your main credit card number. You will need to enter your CVN each time you make a purchase. The graphic below shows where to find your CVN number.

Order Status
Reviewing Your Order Status Once you have placed an order, you can check its status at any time. Orders are grouped into one of two categories: 1) shipped or 2) unshipped. To view the details of a particular order, select "My Account" from the navigation bar at the top of the page (if you have not done so already, you will be prompted to sign-in before accessing you account). Next, select the heading "Order History". Select the order you would like to view and the order details page will appear. Once an order has been received, you will receive an email confirmation and an SMS confirmation to you phone if you have selected that option at the time of purchase.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Method and Rates:
Deliveries are made via Messenger Service in NYC. Depending on the size and quantity of packages messengers may use bicycles, vans or walk. Shipping anywhere in Manhattan costs $15 dollars. In the other boroughs of New York City Shipping costs $40 dollars.Where Do You Ship?
Currently, MONICA HIRSCH ships only within New York City. We are working on it and shipments to other destinations will be available in the future.
How Do I Return or Exchange An Item?
For perishable items:MONICA HIRSCH guarantees your flowers will be fresh for 4 days, or you may request a replacement. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via phone or email, within 4 days of receipt for a replacement of your floral arrangement. Please note that we cannot give money back or exchange for a different arrangement. Vases and flower containers are considered perishable since they are part of the floral arrangement and are therefore can only be replaced within the same 4 day period that the flowers can be replaced.
For Non-perishable Items:If you are not satisfied with your gift for any reason, please contact us within 10 days of the purchase for a return or exchange.
A credit will be issued to the sender's credit card within 30 days of receipt and inspection of the item. Items will only be exchanged or returned if unopened and unused.
How Do I Find An Item On MONICA HIRSCH?
You can search for items on MONICA HIRSCH in the following ways:
- By Occasion, listed on the upper toolbar (“Birthday”, “Thank You”)
- By Flower Type, listed in the upper toolbar (“Roses”, “Orchids”)
- By 5 Senses in a Box which can be found on the upper toolbar
(“Two for Tea”, “Sumptuous Bath Box”)
- By entering a keyword in the “Search” box found on the upper toolbar.
The Tailor-Made tool can also help you find the perfect gift by offering unique ideas based on custom Gift Profiles/questionnaires or on your unique ideas. Also, you can build your own “5 Senses in a Box” gifts by picking and choosing from all our gift options and create a unique combination of gift items.

How Do I Register or Sign-in?
MONICA HIRSCH Registration Registering on the site not only allows you to shop on the website, but also enables you to use personalized features such as the Calendar and Tailor-Made Gifts. Registered customers may also opt to be part of the MONICA HIIRSCH mailing list. Returning customers who have already completed the registration process, simply sign-in to access their existing account.
How to register You may access the registration screens by clicking on "register" at the top of the home page.
How to sign-in You may sign in to the site by clicking "My Account" at the upper right-hand side of the home page. You will also be prompted to sign-in when you attempt to access a feature that requires you to be registered, such as Checkout.
When you select one of these features, you will be taken to a page where you can enter your email address and password to sign in. If you ever forget your password, you can find instructions on retrieving it by clicking on Modify Your Password & Personal Profile.
What Do I Do If I Can't Remember My Password?
Modify Your Password Select "My Account" from the navigation bar at the top of the page. Select "Account Information". Select "Email Address and Password". Enter your new password. Enter the new password a second time to confirm it. Enter a password hint. Select "Save".
How to receive your password reminder If you are attempting to log into the site and cannot recall your password, click on "Did you forget your password?" at the bottom of the Sign In screen. Within moments, you will receive an email providing you with the password hint that you entered when you registered.
If you are still unable to remember your password based on your password hint, you may contact customer service to have a new, confidential password sent to you.
Modify Your Email Address Select "My Account" from the navigation bar at the top of the page. Select "Account Information". Select "Email Address and Password". Enter your new email address. Select "Save".
